Position Title: Skilled CAD Designer
Location: Plano, Texas
Job Type: Full-time
Typical Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or other CAD software
- Conduct site visits to observe construction and verify compliance with design documents
- Support the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other disciplines on project requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
- Associate degree or certification in Drafting, CAD Technology, or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit, Civil 3D, or other CAD software is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural plans
- Good organizational and time management skills
