曼哈顿唐人街招聘part time前台，熟悉电脑操作，会广东话，国语和英语，培训$15/hr，正式入职$20，星期五，六，早班8:00am-4:00pm。

Responsibilities
* This role is responsible for welcoming guests to the hotel and for handling guest checkins， checkouts and process all payments according to established procedures
* Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or followup
* Communicates room statuses with housekeeping to coordinate timely checkins and checkouts
* Reviews log book and comments/complaints book at beginning of shift
* Reviews all planned arrivals and departures in Opera and notes estimated times
* Coordinates any room changes or moves
* Possibly provide guest with recommendations for dining， shopping， and for any other requests
* Has a thorough and extensive knowledge of the area
* Provides guests with directions
* Respond appropriately to guest complaints
