Location: Brooklyn, NY 11204 or Long Island City, NY 11101 (On-Site)

Working Hours: 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday Hourly Rate: $19

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to oversee inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.
This role requires precision, strong time management, and excellent communication skills to support our daily operations.
--- **Key Responsibilities**
- Inventory Oversight: Maintain and update accurate inventory records.
- Administrative Duties: Prepare sales orders, verify pallet counts, and audit warehouse stock.
- Customer Service: Manage customer interactions to ensure exceptional service.
- Delivery Coordination: Organize next
- day delivery schedules and plan efficient driver routes.
- Operational Support: Assist the Operations Manager with daily tasks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to implement operational improvements.
--- **Requirements**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience in operations or the HVAC industry is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail with strong numerical and data management abilities.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; Cantonese proficiency is an advantage.
- Attributes: Diligent, responsible, and a quick learner.
