Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail environment
- Flexible availability to work evening shifts and weekends
- Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers, understanding their needs and interests
- Self-motivated with a clear drive to succeed
- Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic environments, able to handle ambiguity and respond quickly to change

Compensation Structure:
- Base pay (including vacation pay): $17.20/hour
- Upon hitting first sales target: $19.00/hour
