The position is for our branches in Mississauga> and will lead to store supervisor position or outside sales position if qualified.
Job Duties Greet customers and Identify customer needs or desires in order to recommend the appropriate product or service.
Use ordering system to enter customer orders and print invoice> and collect payment from customers.
Handle customer complaints by providing solutions> often within a time limit to ensure the customer satisfaction.
Review inventory and request inventory transfer from head office.
Organize and tidy up show room and warehouse space.
Prepare orders for customers.
