Chilli Szechuan Restaurant is looking for motivated and reliable Front of House staff who can thrive in a fast-paced> high-pressure environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking> working with customers> and being part of a close-knit team.Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly> efficient service
• Take dine-in> takeout> and phone orders accurately
• Operate POS systems for order entry> payments> and receipts
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders
• Handle cash> card> and online payments responsibly
• Manage multiple tasks during peak hours
• Maintain cleanliness of front area> tables> and service stations
• Assist with packaging takeout and delivery orders when requiredWhat We’re Looking For
• Strong ability to work under pressure and multitask during busy hours
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Comfortable using POS systems training provided if needed
• Reliable> punctual> and team-oriented
• Customer-focused with attention to detail
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset
