The ideal candidate is energetic and is customer
-service oriented
-Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese and English would be ideal as many of their client distributors are Chinese speakers while the other half are English speakers!
Open to entry level/ fresh graduates> retail> warehouse or other experience;
looking for the right customer service attitude!Customer Support
*Offer customer service when clients arrive to pick up orders
*Pick health food orders from small warehouseEducation and Experience
Must be energetic> professional> proactive and positiveCustomer service or good communication skills
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
General computer skillsAble to prioritize tasks appropriately and multitask effectively
Able to work in a team and supportive environmentPost-Secondary education could be an asset but not required
English skills written and verbalGood Mandarin or Cantonese verbal is a good asset but not a requirement Possible work schedules are typically Monday to Friday> 10:45am to 7:15pm and Saturdays> 8:45am to 6:15pm will be scheduled one to two times per month.
Schedule may possibly change depending on needs of the company.
Wage: $18/hr to start
