Since 2010, we have been offering a curated selection of quality luggage, travel essentials, backpacks, handbags, wallets, and more at Metropolis in Metrotown. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our friendly, customer-focused team.

**Who We're Looking For**
- Availability for 20–25 hours per week
- 3–4 shifts per week
- Flexible to work afternoon and evening shifts, both on weekends and weekdays
- Comfortable performing physical tasks including standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 lbs (14 kg), climbing stairs or ladders, and pushing or pulling boxes - Punctual, outgoing, dependable, and mature
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills
**What a Typical Day Looks Like**
- Welcoming and engaging customers while providing top-level service
- Handling cash transactions and driving sales
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Performing various physical tasks such as taking out garbage, unpacking heavy boxes, and handling luggage
- Processing incoming shipments and fulfilling online orders
- Building strong product knowledge and confidently sharing it with customers
