二、岗位要求
学历专业：本科及以上学历，物理、生物、化学、教育学等相关专业背景优先。教学能力：对于高中物理/生物/化学教师深刻理解并能够系统讲授高中10-12年级的课程体系，具备扎实的专业知识。对于AP教师熟悉AP物理课程大纲与考试要求，有AP教学或备考经验者优先。核心素养：热爱教育事业，责任心强，具备出色的沟通表达能力、课堂掌控力及学生辅导能力。经验资质：具备相关教学经验者优先。

Qualifications and RequirementsEducation & Major：
Bachelor's degree or higher> with a preference for backgrounds in Physics> Biology> Chemistry> Education> or related fields. Teaching Competence: For HS Physics/Biology/Chemistry Teachers： Profound understanding and ability to systematically teach the Grades 10-12 curriculum system> possessing solid subject knowledge.
For AP Teacher ：
Familiarity with the AP Physics course syllabus and exam requirements; prior AP teaching or exam preparation experience is preferred. Core Qualities: A passion for education> strong sense of responsibility> excellent communication and presentation skills> effective classroom management> and student mentoring abilities.
Experience & Credentials:
