Looking for a detail-oriented Office Clerk to join U Choice Manufacturing Inc., a trusted PCB assembly company based in Surrey, British Columbia.
Since 2007, we’ve been delivering top-quality PCB circuit board assembly services across Canada and the USA, always striving to exceed customer expectations.
This role is all about preparing and managing customer quotations, making sure everything—pricing, terms, and details—is spot-on and delivered on time. You’ll need to be super organized, detail-focused, and great at communicating with clients and internal teams to keep the quotation process running smoothly.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
1. Create accurate, competitive quotes based on product specs, pricing, and terms.
2. Keep quotes updated with the latest pricing, discounts, and company policies.
3. Help clients understand their needs and clarify any quote-related details—quick responses are key!
4. Work closely with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure quotes match stock availability, delivery timelines, and customer requirements.
5. Track all issued quotes, follow up with clients, and address any questions or concerns.
6. Keep quote records organized—electronically and physically—for easy access.
7. Handle customer concerns or discrepancies with professionalism to maintain high satisfaction.
8. Tackle general office tasks like filing and organizing to support the sales process.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in quotation prep or sales admin is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
