We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager with hands-on experience managing new residential builds> ideally single-family homes> townhouses> or low-rise apartments.
Our current project is a custom single-family home in North Vancouver> and we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment> is comfortable managing multiple projects> and is eager to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee all phases of the construction process from pre-construction to completion
Coordinate and manage trade bidding> procurement> and contract negotiationsCreate> manage> and update project schedules and budgetsProvide ongoing support to the site supervisor> ensuring alignment between field execution and project planning
Liaise with architects> engineers> city officials> and consultants to ensure project milestones are met
Monitor quality control> safety compliance> and building code adherenceManage and report on multiple projects> including remote sites as neededSupport internal reporting> client updates> and stakeholder communication
Requirements:Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction
Proven track record with new build projects> ideally single-family or multi-unit residential developments
Strong knowledge of BC Building Code> permitting> and inspection processesProficient in project management tools e.g.
Buildertrend> Smartsheet> MS Project> or similarExcellent organizational> communication> and leadership skills
Self-motivated with an ambitious> growth-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently and in collaboration with a small> hands-on teamValid BC driver's license and access to reliable transportation
Nice to Have:PMP certification or formal construction management education
Experience working with municipalities or governmental departments
