With strong e-commerce success and international recognition, we’re bringing our first physical showroom experience to Kuala Lumpur — and we’re looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals to become the face of our brand.

If you enjoy connecting with people and delivering great retail experiences (without aggressive sales tactics), this role is for you.

What you'll do as our Retail Showroom Sales Associate, you will:

• Welcome and guide customers through mattress trials and sleep products (mattresses and bedding accessories like blanket, pillows and more)

• Listen to customer needs and recommend them suitable products

• Manage basic operations such as display upkeeping, no cash register duties required

• Assist customers with placing orders online

• Work with the Operations Manager to track showroom performance

Who we are looking for:

• Strong English speaker, able to speak Chinese on top of Bahasa is preferred

• Someone who enjoy chatting with customers

• Responsible and proactive

• Ability to work weekends and public holidays on schedule
