Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated B2B Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customers’ accounts> providing exceptional customer service> resolving customer inquiries> providing aftersales services> ensuring customer satisfaction> and creating monthly promotions for customers.
This role requires strong communication skills> attention to detail> and a passion for helping others.
This is not a summer job; we are seeking a committed individual for a longterm role.
Qualifications:
•Proficient in English; fluency in Chinese is a plus.
•Experience with email marketing and social media management tools preferred.•Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
•Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues.
•Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
•Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices.

•Collaborate with our warehouse staff to address customer needs effectively.
•Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
•Manage and create content for our Facebook and Instagram channels..
